This treasure hunt looks for things that are deceptive. For example, was the beach scene painted at the beach or in a studio? Discover the answer during an exploration of the National Gallery collection.

Through the Looking Glass at

The National Gallery


This is an indoor Treasure Hunt around a major London Art Gallery. It has a mixture of straight and cryptic clues to solve.


Bring your team of 2 to 5 people and unravel clues and solve puzzles. Find the answers to the hunt questions and assignments while discovering the art works held in the collection at the National Gallery.


The hunt will end nearby for a drink, a chance to announce the scores and to award prizes.
